Coming Soon: Emerging Artist Fellowship (Fall 2026)

URE is excited to announce the launch of our inaugural Emerging Artist Fellowship in Fall 2026—a nationwide professional development program for BTGNC emerging performing artists.

This fellowship will empower participants to:

• Launch their first major creative project

• Receive mentorship and guidance from community leaders

• Build a professional portfolio of work samples

• Present a culminating performance, installation, or exhibition

​

​

The program combines creative skill-building with healing-centered practices, supporting participants’ emotional, mental, and creative sustainability. Funds raised between 2024–2026 will directly provide artist stipends, curriculum, facilitators, and program infrastructure, ensuring that fellows are fully supported as they grow their practice and expand their impact.
